Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud hosting platform and you’ve got a shared web hosting account, you’ll be able to enable the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel offers quite a few features, but it is amazingly simple to work with, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes only one single mouse click. All the email addresses that you have set up will be listed in this section alphabetically and you will only have to click the "Catch-all" button associated with the respective address. Our system will warn you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires one more mouse click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be activated with ease if you have a semi-dedicated server account with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be listed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll see a mini button handily situated directly next to each one of them. With only a single mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with this option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and activate the feature using the context menu that will pop up. If any of the conditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will notify you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
