Each ticket that you send to our client support Department will be responded to within up to 1 hour. The regular inquiries shall be solved asap. However, if the service question you have posted requires the assistance of an experienced admin technician, we’ll address the ticket to him and will inform you about the hold–off.

Our technical help crew will be on duty for you 24x7 to to handle all assistance demand tickets that you submit. We offer technical help for the applications that are pre–configured on your machine. These include our custom built Control Panel, the selected Operating System as well as the server management panel (with regards to the VPS type).
